Excel Professional Services bridge the ever increasing gap between skilled automotive repair technicians and market demand for automotive repair. Our professional services help employers:

• Assess the skills of new and existing employees,
• Teach entry-level employees basic vehicle maintenance services, and
• Train and prepare experienced employees for ASE certification.

Excel’s education and assessment programs are internet-based, available 24/7/365 and:

• Provide continuing education to keep technicians current with changing automotive technologies,
• Enable employees to prepare for ASE certification on the job and at home, and
• Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to track and report each employee’s progress. Our LMS is SCORM compliant and permits employers to add training already provided by the employer.

The General Service Course Group consists of ten different service areas, including:

• Electrical Starting and Charging
• Fundamentals of Brakes

The Vehicle Maintenance Course Group consists of the services done by the entry-level employees and includes:

• Transmission Flush Service
• Cooling System Service

The Technical Assessment System allows the employer to know exactly what his or her employee’s strengths and weakness.  This can then allow the employer to tailor training for the employee without expending money on unnecessary training.
